LET'S FLYYYYY!

It does not matter even though we only got third place in the cheer dance competition yesterday. The important thing is that we enjoyed what we did. It was the last time for us as a class, St. Catherine, to bond and I can say that we didn't waste the opportunity given to us because we had loads of fun practicing and presenting.

While watching the news last night, I was worried. I was kind of afraid of what was going on in Japan, thinking that it might also happen here in the Philippines. Yeah. Last night I was paranoid. I was all nega. All of a sudden, something ran through my mind. The thought of God came into me. I was kinda relieved. I realized that God will always be here for us. Everything has a reason. As I have read in facebook, "Don't be afraid of how big the tsunami is... show the tsunami how big your God is." So if you think you can't sleep at night because of all the calamities happening, PRAY and everything will be alright. :)

A Filipino is Worth Dying For.

Maria Aragon or Maria Lourdes Aragon is an eleven-year old Filipina singer from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Her mother is a native Filipina from Ormoc, Leyte, Philippines. She was discovered when her video, a cover of Lady Gaga's new single Born This Way, was posted on her sister's Youtube account. Lady Gaga was touched and moved by her performance. She even retweeted a link on Maria's video. Bang! with that simple retweet by GaGa, Maria's fame arose, indeed, bringing another pride for the Filipinos.

You have given me hope when life is low, you have given me place when I have nowhere to go. True friends are like mornings, you can't have them the whole day but you can be sure they will be there when you wakeup tomorrow, next year and forever and I believe you are true friends. I may have forgotten to say that I care. I may also have forgotten to say I love you. I may have lied to you. I may also have failed to open up and share, but though no words have been spoken, my promise of friendship won't be broken. Knowing friends like you has made me happy in so many ways and if ever I have to let you go, (I hope not! :<) I promise, I would always find not just a million but more reasons just to make you stay. I may not have known her for so long. I may not have liked her when I first met her. But one thing that is important now is that she is one of the special people that I don't ever want to loose. They said that when a new friend comes into your life, it never is a coincidence. And I believe it is real. You entered my life and brought so much joy and laughter. She has brought out the best in me. She may not be perfect but I believe she is a perfect friend for me. She's been with me since Kinder 2. Imagine, she had been my best friend for a decade already. She is like a sister to me who I can rely on, who I can share my problems with. She's a great comforter, a great shoulder to cry on, a great companion. I may have just met her last year and I knew from the start that we would click. I just can't call her my friend. I consider her more than that. We are opposite in so many ways but I enjoy her company very much. We may have been really close just at the last quarter of my first year of high school (until now!) but I know she is one of the special people I wouldn't want to loose. Not now, not ever. Even though we haven't slept for the whole night during the Taize but it was all worth it. I miss Taize and I want it to happen again. :)

This picture was taken before we watched The 13th Day in SM City. The 13th Day is a great story telling us Mary's miracle at Fatima. It tells us how Mary miraculously showed herself to Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta and performed miracles. The picture to the left is a picture of the film's poster.

This picture was taken during the Centennial Fair. In the picture is Denzel Fresco, the sweet brother of my best friend Dianne Fresco. He is really fun to be with. He even went with us (Charlene & I) in riding the Ferris Wheel. He is good in singing, dancing and CHATTING! :))

Christmas in my heart.

This picture was taken on Christmas Eve after eating Noche Buena with my family. In the picture are my nephew, PJ (the baby!) && my sister (Christien, grade 2). Even though my dad wasn't here to spend Christmas with us, but I am sure this 2010 Christmas season's memories will remain in my heart forever.

Obviously, their company is what I LOVE most. They are the best among all the friends I have met in my entire life. They are my best friends and these three words says it all: I LOVE THEM!

This picture was taken on the same day as the previous picture. In the picture are Dianne Fresco, Patrizia Tabobo and myself after a tiring but fun rehearsal. If it's not yet obvious, the two "CRAZY" (HAHA) girls in the picture are my best friends. Together, we are more crazier and I love them!

This picture with Ms. Bena was taken after rehearsing for the play. To tell you, rehearsals were quite heavy, hectic and stressful for me especially because we were advised to go home at 5 pm and still have LOADS of assignments to do but everything was worth it! :)
